Final Month PlanningIt's the last month before the wedding and you want to make sure that you haven't missed anything, right?
It's now time to finalize all décor plans, layout, timeline, guest count, vendor setup/take down times, etc. Why do it alone? When you can have a professional coordinator go over everything with you to give you that Peace of Mind! 4 Business weeks of planning leading up to the wedding. Day of Coordination
Coordination is a great option to ensure that you and your family enjoy your wedding day, worry and stress free.
Let us handle the vendors and the timeline to help your day flow smoothly. Day of Coordination includes 1 hour free scheduled rehearsal and up to 8 hours wedding day, with the option of more hours based on day of timeline. This option can be customized to include timeline assistance (if you haven't booked a planning package), setup, decorating help or design, take down and cleanup. These add ons are a great option if your venue of choice doesn't include them. Our goal is for the day to be enjoyable for everyone and run with no issues. With that goal, based on venue or wedding day plans, it may be recommended that a coordinator and assistant be present for the majority of the day (if not all day) to ensure our goal can be met. $350 and up |

Adding additional Plan-It Hannah or preferred vendor services to any planning package will qualify for a discount. Discount is based on service and package booked.
